  A hard worker who strives for perfection ? let me introduce you to Ken Garrett. I have a 2015 Mazda 3 and I noticed that randomly it was pooping to neutral from the 3rd gear. Personally driving manual cars for more than 20 years i knew this was not normal. One day i decided to take my car to Napleton Mazda in Schaumburg to get a second opinion. That is when i met Ken, a true professional who assured me that he will look into my issue. Since the issue could not be duplicated while i waited i was given a loaner car and was assured by Ken that he will contact me if anything was found. Within couple of days an email came in from Ken advising me that the issue was found and Mazda will take care of the problem under my warranty. Through out the two weeks that my car was in service ( had to wait for the parts to arrive ) Ken kept in touch with me on the progress of the repairs. I can honestly say that Ken takes pride in his job and i wish more people like him cared about their customers. Thank you Ken for the awesome job, i hope your management sees this. Thanks Jack
